See, when you are tired, stressed, anxious, worried, angry, disappointed, vexed, and in any of such ‘pressured emotions’, you will be vulnerable to emotional vibrations that will throw you into further emotional traumas.
This is how I handle it. I have created what I call “My Emotions Metre”. What it does is that:
– I determine the LOWER FLOOR LIMIT of my emotions. That means THE LEAST FEELING I WANT TO HAVE. So per time, I know how I SINCERELY want to feel.
– Every moment, I CHECK how I feel and I compare it with my LOWER FLOOR LIMIT (LFL). If I am lower than the LFL, I do the next point.
– I ask myself ‘WHAT INCIDENCE BROUGHT ME HERE?’. When I find it, I ask myself ‘WHAT DO I DO ABOUT THE PERSON OR EVENT THAT BROUGHT ME HERE?’ and next I ask myself ‘WHAT MUST HAPPEN OR MUST I DO TO RETURN TO AT LEAST MY LFL?’
These steps have worked for me 100%; sometimes slow to attain, more times PROMPTLY ATTAINED.
That is why many people close to me say I ACHIEVE CLOSURE ON CONFLICTS FASTER THAN NORMAL.
